Ballantyne Country Club

The kitchen features an extra-large built-in refrigerator, extra-large garbage pullouts, two spice pullouts, and two dishwashers – one of which is artfully concealed within a hutch. One of the most significant changes made was the installation of a 10-foot island, which provides added counter space, added storage, and a spot where several people can gather. The color is predominantly earthy gray, blended with white, taupe and beiges. The home has an open concept floor plan, so the design had to blend in with the rest of the house. The kitchen is functional and comfortable. We added a Subzero 149-bottle model cooler, the space is beautiful and it satisfies everyone’s needs.

South Charlotte

We installed this beautiful custom-made stainless hood to create a focal point in the kitchen as they had almost 11’ ceilings. The existing kitchen had a peninsula which cut off the space, making the kitchen feel very small. We removed the peninsula and were able to accommodate a 9’ island with a beautiful Italian marble counter top.The original kitchen had experienced significant water damage, our clients needed a complete kitchen renovation. Their dated kitchen was in desperate need of redesign and brightening.

Quail Hollow

We used top-of-the-line custom inset cabinets and paired them with a white quartz counter top and marble backsplash to keep things very light. The use of oversized pendant lights and the addition of several recessed cans dramatically brightened the space. Our client wanted a white kitchen with beautiful cabinetry which was functional and would provide a larger island, a dedicated bar, and a large eat-in area. We relocated the refrigerator to allow for a larger 48” gourmet stove and a beautiful hood above it as these clients love to cook!

Dilworth House

This adorable bungalow needed some serious updating not only cosmetically but functionally! The homeowners asked us to come up with a cohesive plan to redo the entire home to brighten, update and reformat the space. The result is a charming, inviting space that allows for entertaining with terrific storage! We carried the serene color palette through out the home to create continuity. High end finishes such as marble, quartzite, hand tumbled ceramic tile and polished nickel fixtures give this space a timeless feel.

This client wanted to open up their first floor to create an entertainment friendly home. We eliminated the wall that previously housed the cooktop and opened everything up to the family room and gathering room. We repurposed the rarely used desk area and created a nice large pantry with beautiful barn doors that allows for tons of storage. This beautiful large Quartz Island is an entertainers paradise! Plenty of room for everyone.... This client loves wine as well as beer!! We were able to install a double tap kegarator in the bar that made both of them happy 🙂 Our client wanted a beautiful farm sink that she could place large pots or pans in. This radius front farm sink fit the bill! We even designed a space for our four legged clients 🙂 this built in dog food cabinet is perfect for the furry members of the family!

Weddington House Kitchen

This client wanted to brighten their space considerably. They needed more and better storage options as well as a larger island for food prep and entertaining. We moved their existing pantry to a different area which allowed us to use this wall for a commercial grade stove with a custom hood. The backsplash is a painted brick tile. We increased storage dramatically by employing 2 islands. One for utility (sink/dishwasher) and another entertainment island for guests to sit at while the cook was hard at work! We moved the pantry to the hallway off of the kitchen and installed these beautiful custom barn doors! Their pantry grew considerable and is now a beautiful part of their kitchen.
